The broadband modem is not working as the complaint raised. Till date I have received no communication from service personnel. Please resolve the issue immediately.(dated 25th May)
Further to my previous complaint, the BSNL lineman took away my faulty Teracom modem (ADSL2 CPE, Model: T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5, S/N 002 1001047278 MAC: 00261515BEB0) and provided with an old DataOne UT300R2U modem on 30th May in my absence. The internet cannot be connected via that modem and logged a complaint again (# 31050022 through Call Center). Till date there is no response and the broadband connection is not in use since 17th May.
This is extremely frustrating for me as a bona fide consumer and the BSNL broadband connection will be surrendered with immediate effect tomorrow (4th June). For the interest of other BSNL current and potential consumers, I'm planning to bring the issue to the notice of greater audience through public media and also may consider to move to designated Consumer Court.
