Slow speed of internet and network connection in broadband

my name is manish mehra.i have taken broadband unlimited service of bsnl.my problem is that my internet speed is very slow and most of time my modem cannot connect to the server.i have already complained in bsnl office, beawar (rajasthan).but they didn't solve of my problem.so plz solve my problem my phone no is 01462-227108
