I have a broadband connection on my phone number 02452-248361 running under plan HOME 500 C . According to my plan HOME 500 C, BSNL have to provide bandwidth in between range of 256 KB to 2 MB. But the BSNL has locked my bandwidth to 256 KB. Therefore I could not run my internet connection satisfactorily. BSNL should have to give the bandwidth as per their plan.
