My mobile number has been misused on 29th Jan. I received about 80 sms stating that I have downloaded some pictures, videos, ringtones, songs etc. which I have not downloaded. I complained thrice to the customer care also for which they didnt take any action till now. They have sent a bill of 2300Rs. My mobile is N97, I have activated mobile office. I never browse or download anything. Please check and rectify the problem and find the culprit.
