Some months back and again this month everyday my only job is to lodge a complaint at 1504, note down a complaint number, to get the only response (presumably a randomly set sms) 'Dear Customer Your Circuit ******** (BB ph. number) has been restored BB Helpline 1504" and since NOTHING IS RESTORED, the whole process is repeated.
