I am Using BSNL broadband and my Customer ID / phone no is : 033-24978678 and my portal id is: RAS88715102009 since many months but i am not receiving any bills for the same and also i am facing lot of problems while connecting to internet.
I have complaint regarding this physically at their address but they have not attendant any time.
Please help as i am not able to connect to internet.
Sometimes with lots of exercise i am able to connect to internet.
