High default in services

I wanted to take Rs. 899 internet plan for my Blackberry phone. As soon as I send the sms for the activation of this plan my money got deducted from my balance. I send the sms for activation of internet plan on 19 february and today is 14 march and til this date my internet plan has not started. I called Customer care about 10 times and each time they say that my service will start within a day but now around 25 days had past and my service has not started yet and I am highly disappointed by this. Please do something as I can lastly rely on you.
