Sir,

This is regarding the broadband connection for the number 22280314. Iam using BSNL Broadband (Home 500C) for the last one and half years. When I checked the broadband usage for the month of FEB'10, I came to know that they have included the free time (2 AM-8 AM) units in Chargeable units on 12-02-10. So Now my bill reads as 2.5 GB usage and my bill amounts to RS 1263. But the original bill excluding that day would be 550. When I contacted the accounts officer, she told that she can reduce only marginally and tells me to pay around RS 1000. I request you to provide suitable solution.
