Broadband connection not working for past 1 month.several complaints have been registered and also the same has been checked atleast 5-6 times by the exchange people but no rectification yet:
1.compl no-1096845 dt 06.07.10 through Customer care no-(1500)
2.Written compliant submitted at the exchange
3.compl no-24296331007150002 registered on the customer care site of BSNL
No one is able to rectify the same and is unable to give a satisfactory reply also. Please resolve the issue at the earliest
