I Request you to please refund my cash & take back your line

i applied this tikona line last 5 days before plan is 799 monthly & speed 750 kbps

But every day i have to do complain regarding this speed issue that its running below 100 to 56 kbps speed.

Even the first page of GOOGLE it will take 3 to 4 minute time.

your tikona page for logging it will take 30 to 45 minutes time.

The whole day i can able to browse only 1 hour & rest of the time only retrive your connections only, disable then enable the network

Graet service from your tikona.i did 4 to 5 complain regarding this issue but still that i have not recieved any sms complaint number & not solved this issue also.

please return my money & take back your line.

otherwise i have to go for consumer court & complaint to telecom regulatery govt dept.
