My BSNL broadband no 24883081 has not been working since 1st Sept. Inspite of regular visits to the Behala exchange and registering complaints on 1504 and 1500, my broadband modem has not been changed. A technician had come to address the problem on 6th Sept and had said that the modem is faulty and needs to be changed. Nothing has happened since then. I am fed up with BSNL and its poor service.
