I am a rural user of broadband connection my telephone number is 04923 235859 and I have requested my local exchange in chittur for tariff change of my existing Bsnl Broadband connection to BB Home Rural Combo UL 500 @ but staff in Chittur said me that there is no plans like this but I have noticed the same in your website under postpaid broadband tariff details. Kindly clarify me whether this plan is available or not. I am unable to get more details regarding this from any your exchange staffs either in Velanthavalam, Kozhinjampara or Chittur or in your customer care center. If plans are not available kindly remove the same from your website.
