Currently I m facing lot of problems with this service, Initially I was in 256 KBPS 750/- home plan and I changed my plan to 256 KBPS 625/-. The day from when I got changed my download speed almost 0.3 KB only. I raised number of complains but I did not get proper response. Again they asked me to change my plan to 512 KBPS 750/- plan, as per there request I changed but still facing the same problems. No technical team came to see my connectivity.
The BSNL customer care people said there is problem in 625/- plan, then why you people are allowing customers to use this plan. When we are paying almost 2500/- including modem and advance payment. Later you guys come up and say go for 750/- plan. As a customer we look out for best one. I personally suggested almost more then 25 customers to avail BSNL Broadband, If this problem continues then we need to look out of best options in other services also.
