Gentleman/Lady,
My Patience is running out... It is almost over 4 weeks now and your deoartment has not yet been able to fix my connectivity problems... None of you reverted back to me after my last complaint... Is there any way I can get in touch with somebody higher up to register my grievance and find a permanent solution to this problem... Very conveniently I get an Invoice for renewing my subscription without paying any attention to my connectivity problems... From the usage of my internet you can see that I have been genuinely facing this problem... Please do something and get this problem fixed at the earliest, as it is making me upset, crazy and hyper... with the service I am getting from your side...
Never expected to get such mental strain from Hathway in rectifying this problem.

not been resolved... as per your instruction my engineer came and
checked the PC for connectivity and he finds no problems from our
side... it is mainly the binding problem from your side... nothing is
resolved over the phone please... hence I request you to kindly send an
Engineer from your side to our residence at the earliest to resolve this
problem once and for all... For your information I have never faced
this problem for the past three years... it has started only after my DNS
Server and IP Address was set to Automatic... Please resolve this
problem permanently by sending an Engineer from your side... as I am
