Respected Sir,

I am Amit Jana, a customer of bsnl landline & broadband. I have got my broadband connection on october. But i donot have my bill for the months of october & november yet. I use the Rs.150/-plan (1 gb usages monthly). I want to know my usages (extra) & if there any process to get backup of my usages of internet. I want to get the bills regularly. I am under the chaipat exchange but I donot get any co-operation from them & even from the Ghatal exchange. My landline no is 03225252960.
