Sub: Smooth running of Broadband problem

With reference to the above please note that I have repeatedly request to your good office for smooth running of broadband service at my home against the above mentioned land line number as my internet is very slow (DL speed..128 to137kbps and UP speed 0.13kbps) resulting into hamper my urgent work at home. I have already spoke to SDE Mr Nilay Nag (konnagar ex), of the local exchange to resolve this issue but every time they are telling me that they will look into the matter but not taking this issue seriously. You are requested to please update your network system and resolve this issue immediately.
