Charging extra charge

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Rahul Chitale from Chiplun. I am using BSNL Broadband service on my land line telephone - (02355) 256259 with plan of Home Night UL 500 since last 2 years. I was fully satisfied with the service. But since few months i have been charged much more bill for Broadband usage when I am using Broadband very few times. Also the officers from Chiplun BSNL office are unable to answer my questions and even they are not showing me my usage details for months. I am getting so many messages from BSNL about my Broadband usage when I am not at all using Broadband connection.

Also the bsnl irj portal is not supported by web browsers like Internet Explorer 9.0, Mozilla Firefox etc. So I am unable to check my usage online. I was not expecting this type of inconvenience from BSNL.

So please take quick action to solve my problem. Please do the needful.
