BSNL/Broadband
Disconnection for non-payment after advance payment for 03 years

My BSNL broadband connection (No.033 2381 8590) has been converted from annual payment option to FMC-3, i.e 02 year advance payment option for 03 year benefits. In spite of work order issued earlier, bill came in old mode of annual payment. The officer at Ranikuthi Exchange, requested to make the payment by cash, so that the next bill for FMC-3, comes with the adjusted figure. Accordingly, the payment was made by cash. However, in the next month, bill came with full FMC-3 amount, without any adjustment for the cash payment made earlier. I had to go the exchange again, where the officer made some calculations and requested me to make the payment by cash at PMS counter. Accordingly the payment was made by cash at the respective counter. I had gone to the exchange several times with photocopies all receipts and bills for rectification. Surprisingly, since then I have been receiving monthly bills, even after making advance payment 03 years by cash. Suddenly, the line was disconnected for non-payment. I had to go to the exchange once again to solve the problem and the line was re-instated on the same day. The line seems to be disconnected once again for last 04 days. Although a mail has been sent to DGM, AGM, etc., nothing seems to have worked.

Under the circumstances, I would request you to look into the matter and help me to solve the problem so that customers are not harassed like this by he reckless, irresponsible, callous persons and officers at BSNL.

Could not attach the files as they are in pdf.

Thanks

Truly
