We have purchased windows based hosting service. They told us that we will get Windows based unlimited Reseller package. They will provide 24X7 chat support, phone support. Email support. From the date of purchase we are getting problems. All our web sites hosted on the server stops working 4-5 times daily we get "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. " or " The page can not be displayed because an internal server error has occurred ". We tried to take chat support but no one replied, On calling we get waiting or busy tone. But have never received reply from the company. When some one receives the call they just reset the server and tell us sir your sites are working fine. This happened almost 10s times.
Also from last 3 months we can not add new domains to hosting panel and get error " Invalid web mail type " We have generated support tickets for this and communicated 20-30 times or more. Still we are not getting the solution.
We have emailed about this many times but have never received any reply with good solution.
The company is so poor technically and in providing support. so i request no one purchase service form them.
