Staff ignorance

Dear Sir,

The 3G Data card department (room no. 103), Shastri Nagar Office is hopeless.

When I reached to buy a data card in BSNL office, they redirected me to room no. 103.

When I reached that room, the room was closed. I surprised, then I slowly opened the room, there were few staff members sitting over there sleeping around 12:00 PM.

I asked one of them, that I want to buy a 3G data EVDO stick, they didn’t show any interest. The person was taking to a family member. I sat over there around 30 minutes continuously asking to give me form and plans. But that fellow didn’t replied in satisfactory way.

I want to lodge a complaint against him that during office hours, why they keep the door closed and not entertain customers. I am also escalating this matter to senior management about their ignorance.

Please look into that.
