Delay in cancellation

Hello Sir,

pl see how Airtel is harassing its customer.

I am kept on requesting to cancel my services & stop bill generation in my account but airtel is not going to do this. They are giveng me new request no., every time I requested. but not cancelling the service.

On 5th December I requested Airtel customer care to stop services & cancel my Broadband Internet connection. Airtel stopped the internet service on the same day but not cancelled the connection & bill generation. Even after my many calls & mails they never took any action in this regard. And now demanding me to pay for the month of DEc & Jan.

You can see the details my mails I wrote to them.

pl help me otherwise I have to pay for what I am not getting.
