Hi,
I activated my broadband connection in the month of September and kept a dep of Rs.1750. I missed paying the bill in the month of Nov - Dec due to personalreasons and received a text message stating that my line has disconnected in Dec.
Since the line was disconnected and the deposit was with BSNL I left the matter as I had to move to Mumbai for a few weeks and decided to come back and sort the matter.
After returning I was surprised to find more bills.
Tills date my total outstanding is about Rs.5, 500 without using the service and after cancellation of my broadband.
Please advise as the customer care is pathetic.
