By loging in SELF CARE they are providing username and password but while logging it is not taking the same, it is continously failing while logging. BSNL complaints landline (1957, 1500) not able to resolve any sort of complaints even giving ticket no.(dockit no.4610214. complaint lodge on 20 july)
, If the comlaint is not taken care then there will be no option but to disconnect the line, kindly provide the correct IDS.
