Net not provided fully

Since i got the airtel connection, net was just received for 15 days then the connection was available from 9 a.m to 5.45 p.m.

please its my humble request to you kindly solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will not pay the bill.

i am very dissapointed for complaining since a very long time
