I have been using BSNL Broadband and for the past 6-8 months I am facing problems with the connectivity. The connection is not stable. Every few mins the connection is getting cut.
I have raised the complaint several times in the customer support centre and there is no as such resolution for a stable connectivity. Because of this I am not able to use BSNL for my intended use.
I had written amils after mails to the nodal officers of the BSNL broad band service. Again for which there is absolutely no response.
The service complaints gets attended by immature persons who does n't even knows to how to check is the connection is getting disconnected or not. At the end of the day they even replaced my modem and still there is no resolution to the problem.
Not sure who else i will have to talk to resolve this issue.
