Poor connectivity of broadband

I take a connection in June-11 till dated 05 October i donot entertain a 5 Min regular connectivity of broadband. So seems that i pay a bill to company as gift. I Complain many time to a company but they taking about phone connection but donot entertain on broadband services. i take the broad band connection only to use intenet connction if i donot get the good connectivity then why i am pay a amount to the company as a bill.
