Plan not change after confirmation

We are using Airtel Broadband & Landline services vide no. 0141-4001844. I have requested to Airtel's call center to revise our billing plan for faster internet services. I had called them in the month of August and they told me that your billing cycle is from 11th to 10th so your plan will be changed on 11th of Sept.

But the plan not changed as they committed and I again called them on 13-Sept and then they told me that your plan will be changed from 1st of Oct and their representative give me the reference no. 3970074. I said OK but the plan should be changed by 1st and they assure me.

Now still plan not changed and when I called them he is again saying that your plan will be changed on 11th of Oct..

Airtel is paying with us like a ball and giving date on date...

Please take any strict action upon them.
