Hi

My name Monojit Mondal. I'm using your BSNL telephony service

for more than 3 years now.

My BSNL Broadband connection as well as landline are not been working

from last 2weeks. Numerous complaints have been filed in this regard

but no action has so far been taken to redress the issue. While i'm

being charged every month for my broadband connection. Please get

something done as this has been causing great inconvenience.
