Not received Full value of TOPUP

I HAVE RECHARGE MY CELL NO 9466718728 ON 25.12.2009 AT4.32PM THROUGH INTERNET SERVICES, FROM TOPUP OPTION. WHERE SYSTEM SHOWES RS 49.86 FROM Rs 55/-

My cell account was credited with Rs 35/-.I again Tried for topup of Rs 55/-But again Ireceived Rs35/-only

IT IS A CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS.CUSTOMER CARE WAS NOT ABLE FOR PROPER REPLY.

They said that you have recharged by validity, not by TOPUP. But in System there is no optio for recharge

coupn of Rs 55/-Give answer at earliest or we have to go to Cousmer Fourn
