Internet settings on my NOKIA 5220 handset

I, one of the regular customer of BSNL Prepaid Services activated GPRS by sending the handset details as NOKIA 5220 send to 58355 for activation but found "format not supported" as service reply repeatedly and even on asking the customer care (struggling and waiting for several hours/days) could not find any solution to my problem. Please guide me on this issue as pocket internet is of great help now a days.
