BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the since I have taken a broadband connection of BSNL, I am facing disconnectivity problem. i.e.after each 10-15 mins working it is being disconnected.. I have already made complaint in BSNL office Sector-16, but the person comes according to their convinience.. I have taken 2 days leave for such repair.. But after huge time waiting the person came to my home on that day on which I was in office.. No help line is woking only waiting... waiting... waiting.. last 1 hour my call to helpline no. 1800-4241600 for customer support executive- is on hold. No one is ready to listen the complaint...

Please help us to resolve the problem...
