BSNL Broadband connection was installed in my house vide Consumer Numer UPWGZB2010046583 (Phone No: 0120-2606334) in May. I had opted for for Home 750 plan in which I get to use Unlimited Internet for Rs750 at a speed of 256kbps. Though your people installed Landline phone as well, I have not used it much. Now I have received the Bill for period of 01/05 to 31/05 bearing Bill No: T040620108677958Y with payable amount as Rs15439. It is imposible to have such a bill amount considering my usage. Also there is no mention of details about usage for which this bill has been generated. Please help to enquire about same at Earliest and confirm me at so that I can pay the correct amount to BSNL to avail continued service.
