BSNL DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION EVEN AFTER COMPLAING 5 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS

Sir/Madam,

I, Akkireddy consumer of bsnl broad band for the past 18 months. there is a problem with my broad band connection for the past two weeeks. I have given complaint regarding my broad band problem 5 times in two weeks; but there is no action has been taken so far. I registred my first complaint on 26 july at bsnl office in sector-04, panchkula. please solve my problem as soon as possible.
