I have been giving complaint regarding bsnl broadband since the day of my connection..but not even a single action has been taken from them..i opted for 4mbps plan..information has been given by the customer care executives..but i got only 1 mbps..net disconnects frequently..but not even a single person took my complaint..plz take my issue..i kindly request u solve the pbm as soon as possible... thanking you
