After repeated request to Tata teleservices support I am yet to receive the corrected bill for the previous month billing cycle. There will be no payment from my side, as I am getting erroneous billing their side and that is for some good time.
The month before the previous one, I had came across a same type of instance of receiving a bill with wrong amount. After repeated calls to customer support there is no resolution to it till date. But inspite of that I had cleared the false billing.
But this time, I will not pay a single penny. I am within a plan of INR 550 / month and its a time based plan. Herein, I receive 1800 minutes of internet connectivity and usage for a month and I use it by creating a note of my usage on a daily basis. But inspite of that I am receiving billing which is far more exceeding my internet usage.
Finally, I had requested the customer support (billing) to send me a corrected bill otherwise I will cancel my connection of PHOTON once and for ever.
