BSNL NOT CHANCING MY PLAN

I had applied for plan change of from BB Home UL 750 to BB Home Combo ULD 1400.

Its has been 2 months now and is still not be changed, this change in plan was guaranteed to me in 8 to 10 working days.

I am tired of talking to bsnl people as they all divert me to some different person which up-till now is helpless.

The only problem I know is that my cable port was allocated wrong at the time of installation in p2 which should have been in p3. (Reason given by BSNL)

If this is the problem changing port and reallocating the IP address should not take more then 2 to 4 Min.

What can i do to over come this???
