Broadband shift

Hi,

I have applied for landline and broadband shift on 10/12 till now i am not able to use broadband connection.

I have called up Ulsoor telephone exchange and have been to thetelephone exchange in personal.

There is no proper answer from the officials.

Could some one please suggest me what to do further to get the broadband connection back.
