MTS wireless modem
Lack of promised service

Sir,

I purchased an MTS wireless modem through Mr. Pradeep in Trivandrum vide Bill No.96 dated 10/08. The USB No. is 9142974640, S/N: 4150067and ESN is 6C424A33. They promised me high speed connectivity throughout Kerala State, else they will take back the modem. I frequently travel on inspection duty. I did not get covered whenever I left Trivandrum. I told the MTS dealer in Trivandrum many times, with no avail. I am very worried of such a behaviour from such a reputed company. They are taking us, the common people, for a ride. Please let me know what is to be done.
