I have received a call from bsnl that game can be downloaded from broadband internet free of cost. now I have received bill dated 14/1 & their in Rs.374.20 has been charged for the download of the games. Now my grievance is that once it has been said that the game can be downloaded free of cost and how the charges had been included in the bill. the same must be deducted from the bill.
