I am a BSNL Broadband unlimited home plan user. customer ID 4007890276, Acc No 9022863572. this mail is to bring to the notice of unresponsive and disorganised office of BSNL musheerabad sector that in-spite of me making numerous complaints about the no Internet service at my residing house they have failed to solve the issue. i paid in full for the WiFi modem and Internet service in the month of Nov and i haven't had the service till mid of Dec. BSNL blamed the delay on lack of availability of WiFi modem. Later BSNL provided me with a used WiFi modem which stopped working after few weeks and after repeated complaints BSNL fixed a so called new modem [ it was not in any sealed package or came with any guarantee]. at this point i didn't care much if it was a new modem or not as i am sick of complaining. how ever to my disbelief the so called new modem stopped working. all in all i am left with a faulty modem worth 1800Rs, no Internet service for more than one month in the three month period i have been with BSNL, lot of frustration and disrespect for the government sector services. i am sorry to have come to conclusion that my wish to be a part of government service user in a way to strengthen the work force of BSNL instead of some private company proved wrong and unfortunately i have to join the group pro privatization. BSNL i paid you and you work for the customer and live of the customer pay not the other way.if you have any ethics please provide me with a new modem rather than asking me to visit different locations to get one. Thank you
