NOT ABLE TO CHECK USAGE AND GETTING ATTROCIUS BILL AMOUNT

I am using a BBG FN Combo 500 plan. In this plan night unlimited time is alloted as 0200hrs to 0800 hrs in which i do the maximum surfing and downloading. During this time the usage is not supposed to be counted. I have just recieved the bill for Dec in which my download is shown as too high, which i know for sure is including the usage from the night unlimited period. A Rs.500 bill has come around for Rs. 4300. Now when i want to check it from the portal, I cant do it because the password does not work. There is no "forget Password' option on the usage details portal. The password however works fine with the bsnl webmail. Kindly help in resolving the issue. As I am sure this same mistake will be repeated in my January bill too. My contact number is 91-9810805250.
