I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 7 month. My BSNL land line number is 033-26859749.Till now I was happy with the billing of BSNL. But this month (February) I find it ridiculous that HUNGAMA MOD charges are wrongly billed to me for the last three month (Nov, Dec, Jan Three month charge in one bill), whereas I have never subscribed for any such facility. Nobody contacted me on this subject. I am not even aware what is Hungama and I have not used the facility at all.
I fell someone has played a mischief and the charge are wrongly billed to me. I want BSNL to verify this. For me, it is a serious issue because I understand that few service provider practice unscrupulous methods to dupe the customer.
I requested to deactivate the Hungama MOD service and reverse the charge wrongly billed to me. Please help me to reverse the charge.
