Oad bank connection is not disconnected - after complaint

Sub: Still broadband connection is not disconnected after giving the letter on 07/01. (Broad band connection amount Rs. 750)

Dear Sir / Madam,

On 07/01 I have given request letter to BSNL office to disconnect the BSNL broadband connection immediately due to my personnel reason. There is no action taken for this given letter. As soon as get the telephone bill on Jan’11 (Bill amount: 830.56) I went and asked why you didn’t cancel the broad band connection? They told we are having server problem. We are not able to open your views in the system. If you are having complaint plz submit the another letter to us. Otherwise you contact accounts manager. Immediately I asked account manager also regarding this issue. He is also saying give another letter to us.

Please tell me how many letters I have to submit regarding that issue. Why they are telling server problem every day? (This is BSNL mistake not customer mistake)

Five times I went and asked they are telling same story. On Feb’2011 (01/02 to 31/02) bill also showing Rs. 840.48. (Broad band connected is not removed).

Why they are irritating me again and again. That is not my work to ask again and again. Please solve this issue immediately due to my request letter. Please try to satisfy to customers.

Do the needful. Reply immediately.
