BROAD BAND INTERNET CONNECTION

SELF HAD APPLIED FOR BROAD BAND INTERNET CONNECTION AT BSNL TELEPHONE DEPT AT DIU (UT) ON 12 JAN. 2011. I HAD PAID Rs 1100/- FOT IT. (BILL - N274479 DATED 12.01.2011)

I WAITED FOR TWO MONTHS BUT COULD NOT GET ANY RESPONSE HENCE I REQUESTED IN WRITTEN TO CALCELL BY APPLICATION AND ASKED FOR REFUND.

I VISITED LOCAL OFFICE - TELEPHONE DEPT AT DIU NUMBER TIMES AND ALSO WROTE LETTER TO BSNL TELEPHONE DEPT DIU AND BSNL JUNAGADH OFFICE BUT TILL THE DATE I COULD NOT GET ANY REPLY / RESPONSE FROM THEM.

I VISITED LOCAL OFFICE - TELEPHONE DEPT AT DIU, THEY JUST DIVERTING ME TO CONTACT JUNAGADH OFFICE WHICH IS VERY FAR FROM DIU.

PLEASE GUIDE ME, HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND AND RESOLVE THIS LONGTIME PENDING ISSUE
