THE UNDERSIGNED HAS PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET (AWB NO. 12933817396) FROM NAAPTOL ON LINE PURCHASE VIDE ORDER NO. 198957 BY SEEING AN ADVERTISEMENT IN NEWSPAPER. THE SUPPLIER HAS GURTENTED ONE YEAR BUT UNFORUNATELY IT HAS BEEN DISORDERED AFTER A MONTH OF TIME. THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAIRING ON DATED 25.08.10 THROUGH A COURIER SERVICES NAMED BLUE DART. ONE OF THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE NEMED SUDHA RECIEVED IT ON DATED 26.08.10. ON DATED 06.12.10 THE COMAPNY ASKED US FOR BILL, DELIVERY REPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT VIA FAX TO THE COMPANY. However till date I have not received it. When we call them, they just say that you will receive it in 7-10 working days and when asked about the current status they don’t have it. The customer service reps at naaptol are not at all helpful and there is no manager there to speak to. I have no idea how to track the status my product and when will I receive it if at all I will receive it?

SINCE A LONG TIME HAS BEEN LAPSED, DESPITE OUR SEVERAL REMINDER, REPEATED TELEPHONIC CALLS WE HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED OUR HANDSET SO FAR, nor seems any response. AS A YEAR APPROX HAS BEEN PASSED WE ARE GETTING HARRSSED. In THIS REGARD YOUR GOODSELF IS REQUESTED TO GET REFUND OUR MONEY FROM NAAPTOL.COM.
