Network problem

I used bsnl card since 5 years. but they are not given good service. i also activation the internet service since last 6 months but many time network problem and i cant satisfied. many times in our village network is off nobody take care of the mobile tower. i live in palsana and work at jolwa. same problem at jolwa also. my no. 08866430928
