NOT ABLE TO SEE MY BROADBEND USES AFTER SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED

I have registered successfully the user id and password for getting my broadband uses on date 06/03.After login it shows that the password is incorrect. I have lodged complain once to 1500.Afterwards they are not responding. Till date my problem is not sorted out.
