Non receipt of order after payment

I had booked a mobile phone through ibazaarindia.com web portal on 28.09.2011 order no 1766.

Even after so many months, I have not got my product nor my money is refunded.

It is worthy to mention that I called to their number hundreds of times, but in vain.

All are requested to look into the problem.
