Sir, My name is avala varunsai and i am resident of visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. I am using bsnl broadband since last two years. MY LANDLINE NO.0891-2727174..My usage plan was Rs499/-unlimited.from last 45 days my net speed was dead slow and download speed is ranging from 1kbps to 4kbps. I made a complaint regarding this subject in local bsnl central office. They said to file a complaint in bangalore telecom website, i made complaint in concerned website also. Still there was no response from bsnl technical team. So, please make some action regarding this problem sir, i am disgusted with this net speed. Thanking you sir.
