With reference to the confirmation mail from Pantel Technologies, Noida dated 15.05.2012 saying that my T-Pad is ready for delivery, I have deposited the exact amount in their PNB account on 19.05.2012. After that I again communicated to them about the delivery via mail dated 26.05.2012 and I received a confirmation that the payment is received on 19.05.2012 and the material will be dispatched very soon. So, I again mailed and reminded that the delivery of the material should have been done within 96 hrs from receipt of payment. So, again got a reply that you need the Pre-booking reference number. I mailed the same for three times. But still there is no confirmation in this matter. I have continuously tried their customer care number, but I need to hold the line for more than 15 minutes every time, but could not get through. So, now there is no way that I can contact them. So, I tried to fax them, but their fax number taken from their website does not exist. My mails are not being replied. So, kindly look into this matter. I made the payment on the basis that BSNL has a tieup with them. Kindly see what can be done, or if possible give me some associated number in this regard on my e-mail id [email protected]
